How To Create Painting Backgrounds
I have to be honest, I can paint faces and figures till the cows come home, but when it comes to backgrounds, I struggle. I know the background needs to be as interesting as the focal point and it needs to complement the painting and not compete.
Join me in the journey of creating painting backgrounds where we will explore techniques, tools, and what works or doesn’t work.
Create movement in our background using, water soluble inks and crayons (I used Marabu Aqua inks and crayons) with a Gel Plate and musical note mask.
